Job Summary As a Fashion & Product Technical Designer, you will be responsible for creating original clothing, accessories, or footwear designs. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for supporting creative vision and direction for Men's and Women’s Premium Hype Streetwear (think Supreme/Amiri), Sportswear & Lifestyle line (think Uniqlo/Nike's Nocta). • Reponsible for following trends and very sharp with hype trends • Responsible for creating and maintaining all CADs, tech sketches, BOMs, and tech packs in PLM • Responsible for maintaining VLPs (Visual Line Plan) and capturing all changes through entire lifecycle • Cross-functional involvement in fittings, reviewing color and strike-offs, communicating fabric and trim approvals, handover to support team in China • Responsible for managing and hitting all deadlines and communicating any issues • Is a team player, able to work closely with other team members to help manage overall workload for the department in addition to managing their own workload • Organized, great with time management and attention to detail • Able to function in a fast-paced work environment that is growing and evolving rapidly What We're Looking For : • A fashion design degree from an accredited academic institution (Preferred) • 4-7 years of feshion design and product experience (Required) • Strong knowledge of apparel design and garment construction • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience building Tech Packs from scratch • Must be able to work proficiently in Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe Suites/Figma • Knowledge of Centrix PLM or CLO is a plus • Experience with fabric, textile, and wash development - fabric drape and technical properties where applicable • Strong self-leader and can also take direction • Must have examples of work and portfolio to be considered, Please submit link or portfolio
