This position is responsible for the development of merchandise assortments including color, fabric, silhouette and pattern direction; insures product quality and integrity, and maintains consistency to target customer. What You'll be Doing: Work with Merchandising Team on seasonal assortment planning in order to understand the item/classification needs for development to ensure depth of assortment, flow and proper merchandising of line. Work with Color Analyst to review and resolve any deviation to color standards. Work with CAD designer to develop prints and pattern work for season. Work closely with Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure complete Tech Design Packages are presented for sourcing.
