Responsibilities Create and Develop new products Trend research and shopping for new items Working with Sales team with presentations / develop samples / POGs for customer meeting Review orders for product and packaging with Sales team Working with design team on artworks and making / revising tech packs for upcoming production Developing packaging artworks/Labels and working with Customers directly on approvals Early production review for Lab dips/ strike off’s , pre-production samples and packaged goods and share feedback/comment Requirements Experience in room décor and accessories Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant home decor Experience in Illustrator (A Must) This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned merchandiser that has experience shopping the market, understanding competition and executing his/her knowledge to cater to the buyer and customer. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, extremely organized, someone that can pay strict attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Salary:$90-125K
