We are looking for a Product Development/Design Associate to join our team in New York City! Responsibilities: Create Production/Pricing Tech Packs using Illustrator that include technical flat sketching and detailed callouts Manage cross-department communication between design and production Organize and send packages with fabric qualities to sources for counter costing and production standards Request samples from vendors as needed Execute specific design development projects such as mood boards and research as assigned Assist Designer with creating, detailing, and scaling artwork Maintain pre-production and production deadlines Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator on a Mac platform Highly organized and great communication skills Knowledge of DESL PLM system a plus Understand garment construction, finishing and sewing details Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design with 1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience Salary & Benefits: $50,000-$70,000 depending on your experience and skill set 401(k) Emplyee Discount Health Insurance Summer Fridays
