The Company’s stock is traded on the NYSE under the symbol “CATO”. ; Timely e-mail/communications with Cato overseas offices; Interface with merchant, technical design, trend/color teams and overseas offices to ensure all processes connected with product development remain current and all information being communicated is correct; Build and maintain relationships with the entire sourcing team in Charlotte and in Cato’s overseas offices; and Maintain all records needed for areas of responsibility. Requirements: Exposure to retail or textile industry. This can be through fields of study or practical experience; Detail oriented/highly organized; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook; Four-year degree is required; and Must be able to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.
