Assist new product development process with factories, tracking all changes, costing issues, sample requests and keeping 100% updated specs Style maintenance keep internal systems updated to reflect current product info for existing and new products, set up new styles, assisting in maintaining parts inventory and with consumer service questions and requests Sales support-as requested, keep sales team updated with sell sheets current dimensions, features, sample status of new products Answer product inquiries Keep marketing and sales team up-to-date on new product launch dates Sample management-track and receive all samples to/from factories and accounts Keep running inventory of sample room and show room Ensure that samples on hand reflect most current development or production Trade shows; initiate sample requests, arrange shipping samples to shows, and any display or marketing requests Someone with 2 to 4 years experience would be ideal Strong Excel
