Develop and execute product strategies to ensure Nordstrom's women's apparel collections are innovative, stylish, and aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with designers, buyers, and suppliers to bring product ideas to life, from concept to final production.

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform product development decisions.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

Manage product timelines and ensure product development stays on schedule and within budget.

Oversee the production process and communicate with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of products.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, buying, and merchandising, to ensure product development aligns with overall business goals.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing to maximize product value.

Remain current on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure products meet all necessary requirements.

Continuously assess and improve product development processes to increase efficiency and drive innovation.

Stay informed on competitor products and pricing to inform product strategies and decisions.

Lead and motivate a team of product developers to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
