You should have an excellent eye for detail, a passion for staying on top of the latest fashion trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. Key Responsibilities • Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, merchandising, and sales, to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with company goals • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are of the highest quality and delivered on time • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development • Manage and mentor a team of product developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the overall success of the company • Develop and manage product development budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and priorities
