This fast growing, innovative & leading supplier of bedding, sleep, and home comfort products, with proprietary products and coveted national brands is growing and looking for a Junior Product Developer or Product Developer Assistant to be based in their new Texas facility. The role will help in the creation and design of products for the company’s core businesses that demand constant innovation for top of bed, utility bedding, mattress and comfort/sleep accessories. The position will assist with the full life cycle of product development functions and also assist with the relationships with various fabric, materials science, polyurethane foam manufacturers, and packaging suppliers and ensure the company is on the leading edge of innovations. Will assist with the curation of assortments and product suites that can be merchandised in store and online. Position will assist with the design, pricing, and overall promotion of the product categories to maximize consumer appeal.
