Negotiates Costs Brand/Style Seasonal Planning/Forecasting according to calendar, liase with Merchants & Handover to Director Liase with Merchants to finalize the seasonal buy. Manages the development process of approved items and assortments as assigned. Partners with Sourcing to ensure the superior quality and timely delivery of sales samples each season. Process and manage multiple brands' samples Check-in, label and confirm samples for integrity; accurately document and communicate sample discrepancies to key stake holders Organize and maintain the in-house sample closet with the ability to easily and quickly locate samples Route samples from pre-production through post-production; facilitate a fast-track process as needed Fulfill sample requests quickly and correctly; problem solve during photo shoots; manage sample return and donation process
