Ability to create a sample from a sketch while maintaining the integrity of the design concept. Confirm final cost. Coordinate and monitor proto samples for quality, execution & construction; coordinate proto review. Manage the time line for development calendar. Basic knowledge in accessory construction and raw materials (leather and synthetics specifically) Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Exceptionally strong problem solving and negotiating skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and process implementation Demonstration of a high level of organization in the product development process Working knowledge experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Illustrator; Ability to learn custom computer systems Full-time In-house Salary may be negotiable DOE/TBD
