Ideal candidates for this role must have previous experience designing hard and soft goods and must have excellent time management skills. Job Responsibilities Include: · Lead the design process for over 25 assorted hard and soft goods · Adhere to strict design timelines, providing update to management frequently · Ensure that all designs meet company’s overall product mission · Participate in daily meetings to collaborate on design progress and timelines · Demonstrate a strong understanding of company needs and design best practices Job Qualifications Include: · At least 3 years of previous product design experience · Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong work · Knowledge of both hard and soft product design · Must have prior graphic design experience for consideration · Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Publisher · Excellent time management skills are a must for this role While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
