Research, secure & build relationships with the best creative and production talent to bring the Kohl’s brand to life Ensure creative concept and execution partners deliver assets on time and on budget Maintain knowledge of retail trends & resources Lead production planning, logistics and execution Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal planning and execution throughout the entire integrated omni marketing process Maintain working knowledge of photography and video best practices and industry standards with relevant knowledge of all major production markets Negotiate optimal rates and usage for all creative and production resources Maintain project budgets and communicate updates Manage project invoicing to ensure timely and accurate processing Ensure vendors meet legal compliance requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adhere to position guidelines Proficient in Microsoft office suite Ability to travel 3-5 years advertising/marketing experience; photography/video production experience; events planning; public relations Kohl's is an equal Opportunity Employer and an organization that values and encourages diversity among our applicants.
