Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Achieves assigned department’s sales targets by: • Reviewing department sales targets weekly with the store manager and supervisor, • Maintain target price per item, • Using the price grid as a guideline in departments. • Ability to assess merchandise required for assigned departments. • Ability to use good judgment. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to dust from donations.
