As a member of the Pricing & Promo team, you’ll focus on leading promotional offer strategy and effectiveness, and be a key business consultant to merchants developing relationships with Buyers, Sr. There is also a strong partnership with Marketing to bring offers to life for the Guest, as well as partnership with Store Operations, Finance and other important support areas.As a Pricing & Promo Sr Insights Analyst, you’ll take the lead to design and recommend innovative pricing and promotional strategies in partnership with merchant teams. You will use leading-edge tools and business insights to develop pricing and promotional recommendations across key, large Divisions at Target as well as build relationships with buyers, senior management and other support teams in development of these strategies. You will work with buyers and state-of-the-art systems to understand and shape pricing and promotional strategies and store execution, and recommend pricing and promotional decisions that have multi-million dollar impact. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr Insights Analyst.
