PRESIDENT OF NIKE SWIMWEAR

The President of Nike Swim is responsible for setting the global strategy of Nike Swim in close partnership with Nike Global Product Licensing (GPL). The role has direct P&L responsibilities for USA, Canada, LATAM, and Asia. The position also provides overall leadership to the other geographies by driving the Portland-based product creation and marketing teams to provide global excellence. Global distributor network strategy and implementation Liaise across GEO’s to assure global needs and objectives are met Steward of Nike Swim and Nike brand alignment Manage business to comply with license agreement with Nike Understanding of global competitive, consumer and retail landscape Work collaboratively to identify and drive areas of future growth Maintain strong senior-level retail relationships Support sales organization and retail partnerships to drive desired results across channels including department stores, sporting goods, e-commerce, swim specialty and off-price. Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment Ability to manage and motivate large teams across geographies Knowledge of product and consumer sentiments Ability to assess the marketplace to discover new consumer/retailer opportunities Strong senior-level retail relationships TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThe ability to travel within the US and globally is required of this position.
