Preloved Pro Lead

With locations across multiple states and growing fast, we’re looking for a Pro Lead who can own the daily operations of a store and keep it running at the standard our sellers and shoppers expect. The Pro Lead is the person who owns the floor. You’ll lead the Preloved Pro team through coaching, training and 1-on-1’s to help ensure each shift is carried out correctly and fully, ensure booths are polished and presentation-ready, manage the daily rhythm of operations, and be the first person to spot and fix anything that doesn’t meet our standards. When the store is clean, the booths look great, the team is engaged, and sellers are happy, that’s because of you.
