Responsibilities include: -Review production submits from factory (strike offs, lab dips, fabric quality, etc) -Create Costing & Production tech packs -Send out fabric swatches to factories with all fabric details -Collaborate with team to provide costing solutions to ensure financial goals are met -Work with Marking & Grading to establish yield efficiency -Communicate pattern updates to patternmakers -Attend production fittings & pass all fabrics/trim needed -Make updates to CADS using Illustrator -Lead handoff meetings with design, tech & production teams -Data entry into PLM system (Style, Material, Art, Wash set up) -Liaison between sales, design, production, and technical departments -Work with art department for art layout updates -Photo & Scan garments & tech packs -Attend weekly WIP meetings with tech & production teams Skills & Attributes Desired: -Extensive fabric knowledge: knits & woven, and novelty -Excellent communication skills -Ability to understand mini markers & yielding process -Pleasant to work with & a team player -Organized & Detail Oriented -Ability to work independently -Spark knowledge a plus -Target experience a plus
