PRE-PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

This role plays a critical part in transitioning details from development to production with accuracy. Job Duties • Work directly with Product Development by managing fabric/sample tracking, communicating with factories, and following up on tech packs for accuracy • Maintain records of all pre-costing elements, including fabric/trim records, yield consumption, and garment costs • Assist with pre-costing tasks for all development samples and special projects • Update PD WIP tracking and pre-costing spreadsheets • Prepare final Production Tech Packs for factories, including correct artwork, fabric/color standards, and ensuring all information is complete and accurate • Manage the in-house fabric/trim library • Responsible for sending and tracking packages such as lab dips and fabric sourcing with overseas vendors • Proactively address issues with strong problem-solving skills to ensure deadlines are met • Support additional projects as needed • Reports to the Director of Global Sourcing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
