Store Operations • Oversee all day-to-day operations, client experience, team management, and performance of your in-store employees • Oversee the daily flow and efficiency of the store to maximize the client experience for each client • Oversee completion, distribution, and adoption of standard operating procedures to include managing all systems are maintained and accurate for your store • Develop and follow process driven systems to run efficiently • Oversee the inventory accuracy and proper inventory needs to include managing all inventory levels for consumables, products, merchandise, marketing materials, and store supplies • Oversee the store’s schedule and ensure we are properly staffed to run efficiently at full capacity • Drive standards + consistency among all stores through establishing SOPs and processes that the team is trained on and adopts • Scheduling within 100%, operational efficiencies Customer Experience • Facilitate the best experience for each client and bring ideas to the management team on how to always improve • Responsible for handling in store client feedback/issues in a professional, appropriate manner • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
