Read information on the RF scan unit, the case label, labels in garments and location barcodes. Obtain an RF unit at the beginning of the shift and maintain custody of the RF unit until it is turned in at the end of the shift. Use the RF unit to assign cartons to the pick cart. Follow instructions on the RF unit to maneuver through the picking area to the first pick location displayed on the RF unit. Associates in pick pack may be required to learn other tasks including creating cartons, applying carton labels, inserting required supplies for each carton, restocking pick locations using a pallet jack, palletizing cartons that have been picked, maintaining housekeeping in the picking area or other tasks as directed by the picking supervisor or team lead.
