Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-savvy Fashion Store Team Member to join our team at Bliss Boutiques in Portland, ME. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique. Key Responsibilities: • Providing personalized shopping experiences for customers • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment • Utilizing point-of-sale systems to complete transactions • Unloading and merchandising products • Maintaining inventory levels Requirements: • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly • Enthusiasm for fashion and customer service • Ability to engage and connect with customers • Motivated and energetic individual • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Fashion-forward thinking and style • Goal-driven and results-oriented • Team player with excellent communication skills • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs • Weekend availability, including Saturday and Sunday, is required • Schedule flexibility is a must • Retail experience in a boutique setting is preferred Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $18-$20 per hour (dependent on experience) • 30% off employee discount to Bliss Boutiques and sister store Little • Team bonding experiences and opportunities for growth within the company
