Design Your Future at PVHPortfolio (Analytics) Lead - PVH Corp.The Portfolio Analytics Lead –Corporate and Consumer group position lies within the Technology and Process Group (TPG) Business Process Management (BPM) Portfolio Management team, and will be primarily responsible for assisting the TPG Corporate and Consumer EVP, Domaine Owners and Project Leads in making informed portfolio planning and project management decisions based on a comprehensive suite of portfolio and project related data. Assist domain owners to make the right approval and prioritization decisions in light of resource constraints & oversees monitoring, risk escalation and data integrity.Provide insights, support and guidance to enable domain owners and TPG leaders to make the right decisions on what projects to bring into the portfolio, and when, given existing portfolio and resource forecasts and constraints.Help project requestors with project intake process in collaboration with business owners, domain owners and project or functional leads.Support domain owners and projects leads in navigating TPG process, ensuring clarity of responsibilities for project, resources and portfolio information.Facilitate monitoring and tracking for project reporting and resource utilization within the portfolio.Support domain owners and project leads ensuring project and portfolio data integrity and accuracy.Ensure timely project and portfolio reporting integrity.Provide keen analytics and expert insights across their assigned portfolios.Assist domain owners with portfolio roadmap planning.Ensure TPG delivery and business teams are conducting impact assessment on a regular cadence.Provide assistance with prioritization exercises based on resource analytics and constraints.Collaborate with organizational leadership to provide strategic direction on Portfolio Management best practices and application.Aligns with domain owners and other portfolio leads to manage best practices in resource management by identifying and normalizing resource allocation, forecasts and issuesSupports weekly and monthly compliance tracking. Works with domain owners to gather updates, maintains compliance tracking documentation and escalates open issues or concerns to EVP, SVP, GVP, VP and Portfolio Management.Work in developing, testing and mastering new portfolio tools, processes, proceduresContinually identify, prioritize and help mitigate portfolio risks and issues.Drive proper project charters and setup providing guidance and support to project managers and domain owners.Assist and guide domain owners to maintain strategic alignment of projects in the portfolio by analyzing charters and reviewing with organizational decision makers.Supports Month End financial reporting process.Assists with monthly, annual and mid-year IT Portfolio planning meetings.Participate in project portfolio review meetings.Supports audit related inquiries and analysis.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:  A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing midsize to large enterprise wide projects with high levels of complexity and transformation, utilizing PPM tools.Extensive background in working with PPM processes, project management processes, techniques and tools, especially PPM tools and Microsoft Project.Familiarity with the retail fashion industry a plus.Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with senior-level stakeholders.Excellent communication and analysis skillsProven internal & external influencing skills at senior and executive management levels.Advanced experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project)Education:  Bachelor's degree, master’s degree a plus.PfMP, MoP, PMP certifications a plus.Skills:  Strong MS Office experience.MS Project Professional and SharePoint experience a plus.Self-motivator with strong work ethic.Maintains a customer service focus.Strong analytical skills.PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
