- You must be a Licensed Esthetician or Licensed Cosmetologist with current/active License (If doing lash extensions) - You Must have current BBP Certificate and Be registered with LA County Body Art program to do Permanent Makeup (and have your own insurance). • Rent is $90 a week. • Free Parking for you and your clients. • Light Refreshments for your clients.
