PLM / CALENDAR ASSISTANT

The PLM/Calendar Assistant will assist with and maintain all Haddad Product Lifecycle Calendars, drive related product lifecycle process improvement initiatives, and support implementation, roll-out, training and development of PLM technology at Haddad Brands. Key Accountabilities: Maintain and communicate all Seasonal Product Lifecycle calendars and updates for current and future seasons including deliverable updates to cross functional partners to ensure common understanding and requirements for success Partner with PLM user base to develop detailed design specifications and collaborate with technology team Prepare communication to relevant business partners regarding pertinent information throughout the process as well as agreed upon follow-up Set calendar deliverables, prioritize actionables and collaborate with functional leaders to ensure timelines are maintained and milestone objectives are met Assist with user acceptance testing process Identify, recommend and implement process enhancements based on industry standards and brand’s best practices Conduct PLM training and manage user feedback and software enhancements Provide refresher and new hire trainings regarding the product development process and supporting timelines to ensure understanding of individuals’ respective roles and accountabilities Proactively seek out solutions to potential cross-functional issues that affect the calendar, process and organization and drive efficiencies as business needs shift Develop user tools and tips to improve employee usage Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Prior experience in PLM and apparel process management of industry Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes Ability to build and manage calendar/product development process & tools Knowledge of product development, production, merchant and planning functions required Ability to work cross functionally at all levels to drive process
