An EUC Platform Engineer will partner with balanced team members, inclusive of Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and end users during the planning and development phases of a product. Responsible for: \- Collaboration through frequent pair programming \- Regular retrospectives to figure out what is being done wrong so it can be fixed, and what is being done right so the team can improve on it \- Test Driven Development and other engineering best practices that drives development quality Requires: \- Strong knowledge of Apple Operating Systems (OSX, iOS) \- Strong knowledge of Apple Enterprise Management tools, such as JAMF \- Experience with development practices like CI/CD, Test Automation and cloud deployments \- Experience with CI tools such as jenkins \- Experience and/or interest in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies \- Strong communication skills and interest in a pair-programming environment \- Passion for reliability engineering best practices \- Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems \- 3+ years of relevant work experience \- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceMobile \- Deep experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems such as Airwatch, WorkspaceONE, MobileIron, Jamf Pro, Google Admin Panel, Meraki, etc \- Multiple years of experience supporting iOS and Android operating systems \- Basic Networking skills \- Understanding of auto-enrollment programs and zero touch workflows \- Familiar with BYOD vs Corp issued policies and practices \- Familiar with security principles and compliance standards \- Familiar with both single user, dedicated device configurations as well as multi-user device workflows \- Aware of Apple Configurator and Android Debug Bridge \- Python or PowerShell scripting experiencemacOS \- Deep experience with managing macOS endpoints via MDM (Jamf Pro, Munki, etc).
