Platform Engineer

We Take Care of Business As a Platform Engineer at Kohl's we apply software engineering principles to common infrastructure systems with the goal of making these systems as robust and as easy to use as possible for our development teams across Kohl's. The focus of this position is to take ownership of the following responsibilities for our developer experience and enablement products: \- Develops, tests, deploys, and iteratively improves infrastructure platform capabilities, features, and APIs in collaboration with designers, product managers, end-users, and other engineers on the platform team \- Regular retrospectives to figure out what is being done wrong so it can be fixed, and what is being done right so the team can improve on it.
