This is a US Owned, Home Fashions company that is part of a larger organization. Strong base salary plus 20% bonus, full benefits with 401K, and relocation assistance. Monday through Friday operation with 1st and 2nd shifts - occasional overtime work on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. The 300,000+ facility is located in North Central North Carolina and they are looking for a top-notch Plant Manager with experience working in a High-Volume production facility, making finished products for the major retailers. The position will report to the VP of Manufacturing and one of the direct reports will include an Assistant Plant Manager with years of experience in the facility.
