Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. Develop, execute and manage the pre-season financial plans for the SBU/Seasons for 2-3 years out aligned to the 5 year plan. Manage the in-season business to maximize sales, margin, and inventory. Identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals. Collaborate with buyers to recommend weekly markdown recommendations to achieve financial targets.
