We’re looking for a Children’s Wear Inventory Coordinator/Manager to join our dynamic retail team and help ensure our stores are always stocked with the style's families love.🧸 Key Responsibilities Oversee inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment across retail locations. Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal product availability. Analyze sales trends and seasonal demand for children’s apparel. Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams. Minimize stock loss and manage inventory accuracy. Lead inventory audits and reporting process.Place purchase orders with factories based on current inventory levels and projected sales.Break down purchase order quantities and allocate the correct amounts to each storeTrack all open purchase orders by category, quantity, and total landed costMonitor production and delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion of purchase ordersUpload and receive inventory accurately for all 9 locations based on vendor packing listsReconcile received inventory against packing lists and purchase orders.Troubleshoot and adjust inventory discrepancies when neededReview weekly sell-through performance and replenish storesMaintain accurate inventory records across systems and locationCommunicate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams regarding inventoryQualificationsStrong understanding of inventory management and stockComfortable working with numbers and basic data analysisProficient in Excel, including formulas and data organizationPrevious experience in retail, fashion, or inventory planning is a MUSTThis role can be remote, with travel required to our four retail locations.LakewoodBrooklyn🔎 What You’ll DoThis is a numbers-first, strategy-driven inventory role focused on data forecasting and inventory optimization.Analyze collections and make data‑backed ordering recommendationsReview historical sales performance and reorder based on trendsWork heavily with SKU-level data to identify top-performing sizes and replenish accordinglyMaintain consistent communication with factories🎯 Who You AreExtremely numbers‑driven and analytical.
