Planner - Walmart

Responsibilities Include: Analyze and report weekly point of sales data to WM buying team modular and promo, as well as any ad hoc reporting as needed. Be able to interpret and summarize the data. Have an understanding of GRS and be able to monitor GRS WM forecast for accuracy and recommend adjustments when needed Manage new mod rollout item, order verifications Monitor instocks daily/weekly and make recommendations to WM replenishment team Review and manage customer PO’s, this includes requesting PO extensions, line cancellations, changing ship/cancel dates Item Creation for WM stores in Item 360 Analyze by item/store data and write supplemental orders as needed Coordinate with WM planners on features, and prepare FCL port splits Support sales team with adhoc RL reporting to support sales meeting goals Demand Planning and forecasting for INI WM account, working with our supply team to ensure forecast accuracy based on customer POS, promo plans, seasonal peak and manage sku inventory levels Yearly Projections for INI WM account Internal daily/weekly reporting, as well as any ad hoc reporting as n Education / Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale planning environment Previous replenishment and demand planning experience with WM account Excellent oral / written communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree Excellent computer skills, with emphasis on advanced level Excel (must know V lookup, pivot table; GRS system knowledge, adhoc RL report building, NOVA Knowledge of Warehouse environment, trucking, routing, freight Relevant experience in inventory and production planning; supply chain management with WM account Proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting models Someone who can work proactively with cross functional teams; sales, production, replenishment Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills Project Management Skills
