Summary of Position: Under limited supervision from the Director of Planning, this position is responsible for developing department store sales plans to ensure the growth of our business is profitable while maintaining corporate goals. Monitor and report weekly sales and stock to determine trend and recommend action. Develop in season forecast of sales, markdowns, margin and turn and recommend strategies to drive the business. Partner with Account Executives on Open To Buy and recommend allocation of product by door based on current trends to ensure all goals are being met. Review and monitor weekly.
