The E-commerce Planner will be responsible for managing planning activities for Centric Brands Accessories Division’s Direct to Consumer and Drop Ship accounts. Building Sales Plans by account, managing product forecasts and analyzing business trends to ensure financial goals are achieved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with Director of Planning and sales team to develop and manage the Financial budgets for Amazon, DTC, and drop ship accounts Works closely with Sales/Finance and upper management to produce annual sales goals and budgets Develop plans to grow key accounts using bottom-up sales and top to bottom scenarios Responsible for creating and maintaining OTBs to maximize sales, margin, and inventory efficiency Reforecast business in season based on current performance, present revised projections and recommendations to cross functional partners and leadership Ensure all forecasting is in line with company goals and initiatives through ongoing updates of inventory plans that maximize sales and minimize inventory exposure Build bottoms up ladder plans for major accounts to ensure optimal assortments Provide planning support for key accounts with assortment review and OTB management to achieve sales and margin goals Analyze actual product performance and recommend next actions surrounding product lifecycle Create and maintain all wholesale and retail reporting including but not limited to: Style Selling, Sales to Stock, Delivery Sell Thru and Weekly Top-line and Partner performance reports Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business Skills and Requirements 5+ years Planning experience, e-commerce experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree required Excellent retail math skills Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis and OTB management Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel, Intermediate experience with remaining office software Demonstrated Financial and Business Acumen Exceptional collaboration and communication skills Centric Brands Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
