Responsibilities • Partner with VP of Operations and Merchandising Manager on developing seasonal and in-season buys that support product strategies while achieving budgeted sales and margin goals. • Translate merchandising and buying strategy into cohesive buys, layering on seasonality, promotional cadence, and size runs, down to the UPC level. • Transform buys into purchase orders and monitor inbound inventory and delivery dates. • Analyze in-season actuals, tracking demand and sell-throughs against projections, identifying wins and risks, preparing high-level recaps, and propose markdowns/promotions to support sell-through strategies. • Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure proper management of all pending projects • Thrive in a self-motivating atmosphere, while promoting team collaboration • Exceptional time management and willingness to put in extra hours to hit key deadlines
