The purpose of this position is to set plans that drive volume, margin, and inventory goals for the Sleepwear division. Maintain annual plans at the division, product category, and brand level that incorporates divisional financials goals for the year Manage an Open-to-Buy to maximize sales, control inventory levels, and achieve turn goals Forecast and maintain projected weeks of supply based on on-hands and sales plans Responsible for financial budgets, monthly revenue and margin forecasts Recommend and present chase, cancels, and other actions based on in-season business trends Produce bi-weekly Available to Sell reports and monitor Aged Inventory Conduct a thorough weekly review of the order base and identify any risks or opportunities as it relates to achieving the monthly sales and gross margin goals Present sales and inventory forecast as well as supporting action plans to leadership team at Monthly Business Review Report results and reforecasts monthly to provide Finance how we are tracking vs budget Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams Point person for Corporate Inventory, Sales and Production teams.
