SUMMARYDevelops logistical and financial plans to achieve both Merchandise and Location goals and objectives. * Control and manage Open-To-Buy     * Create and manage localized assortments     * Manage and execute allocations to stores (replenishment models and key item forecasting). SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES     * Proficient with Google Drive/Applications or related software. * Ability to work in team environment     * Strong organizational and delegation skills.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS     * Bachelor's degree     * 3+ years experience in specialty retailing planning/buying/stores.
