The creative urge pulses through their veins. )What You'll Do Photography & Video/Motion Production (Primary Focus)Own end-to-end execution of on-figure and off-figure photography for e-commerce and marketing.Act as creative lead on set — building impact-driven shot lists and leading lighting, composition, framing, motion, and visual direction.Direct models, freelance talent, and HMU with confidence and clarity.Capture and edit engaging short-form video and motion content for social, paid, and e-commerce using both mobile and professional equipment — with strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, color correction, and platform-native formatting.Test and iterate on video formats, hooks, pacing, and editing styles using performance insights and channel trends.Maintain and organize studio equipment; proactively research new tools and technology that improve efficiency and reduce production cost.Creative & Ad DesignConcept, design, and deliver high-performing digital ads for Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid/growth channels static, motion, and video.Develop and iterate creative variations quickly in partnership with Growth and paid media.Use performance data (CTR, CVR, CAC, and engagement) to inform…
