The Photo Studio Coordinator will collaborate with the Art Director and Creative teams to understand production needs and concepts, collect all merchandise samples for shoots, and interface with produciton teams to deliver hi-resolution photographs to print vendors. This is a temporary role to cover a leave of absence. Conduct a Pre-Production Download meeting for Brand, Marketing, Creative, and partners that conveys learnings from Turn-in including trends, priorities, buys, and promotions to share how photography will relate to the month’s marketing plan. Create a Fitting Document for Art Director to share with the Merchandising team that includes Fitting photos. Facilitate the retouching of marketing photography selects/randoms with agency and external retoucher before they are composited including the trafficking of proofs within Merchandising and Creative teams.
