The Photo Studio Coordinator will support the studio with all pending requests regarding e-commerce, employee photos and Go See’s. They will work closely with the lead Stylist to provide high quality off-figure (lay-down, stacks, hanging, wall and mannequin) imagery for a wide range of products. Key Accountabilities: Steam, style and photograph samples flat and on form Prep, style and photograph incoming styles and accessories for sales/design requests Edit photos in accordance with specific e-commerce requirements for various accounts Organize and complete pending requests in a timely manner Set up equipment for studio projects including model shoots, go-sees and design test shoots Maintain contact with all overseas studios to approve, review and reject images and send feedback Assist with studio projects (i.e. video table layouts and go-sees) Photograph and edit new employee photos, visa photos and passport photos Assist with photographing company events and any other miscellaneous tasks that are requested Help editing/retouching photographs for use in marketing materials and look books Assist with production of internal video projects (muse videos, holiday clips, Haddad history, etc.) Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Photography, or related field Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, communication skills with attention to detail
