As a Retoucher, you will play a key role in refining and elevating the visual identity of the brand. Key Responsibilities • Perform high-end retouching of fashion images with accuracy and consistency, including skin cleanup, garment correction, and background cleanup while maintaining a natural, non-destructive look • Apply refined and cohesive color grading in alignment with brand and seasonal guidelines, ensuring tonal harmony across collections • Manage raw files, apply initial corrections, and organize shoot sessions using Capture One Pro; collaborate closely with photographers on set and off • Utilize AI-based retouching and masking tools to streamline workflows without compromising quality or creative intent • Maintain image quality across high volumes with minimal supervision, including batch retouching and versioning • Collaborate with stylists, art directors, photographers, and content teams to ensure visual output meets creative standards and campaign objectives • Organize and archive final files appropriately, ensuring compliance with internal naming conventions and file management systems Ideal Candidate • 3+ years of professional experience as a photo retoucher in fashion, editorial, or high-end e-commerce environments • Expert proficiency in Capture One Pro for RAW image processing • Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills including layer-based editing, masking, frequency separation, and compositing • Proven expertise in color grading with strong visual sensibility for fashion tones and editorial aesthetics • Experience with AI retouching tools and workflows • Excellent eye for detail and commitment to upholding brand style guidelines • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment Join Our Team
