Reporting to the Post-Production Manager, the Photo Retoucher / Color Correction Specialist is responsible for editing a high volume of eCommerce and creative images captured daily in our photo studio and on location. As a color specialist, you will also ensure color accuracy and consistency across digital and print media, perform advanced color swapping, balance tones, and maintain calibrated workflows in collaboration with photographers and production teams. Coordinate, track the retouching and color management across multiple high-volume streams of imagesManipulate, adjust, and swap colors on products while maintaining natural texture, shadows, and lighting integrityCreate multiple color variants of a single product image as needed for product lines or promotional useMatch product images to physical color samples and style guides to ensure visual consistency across channelsName, organize, and maintain digital asset file structuresEnsure color consistency across all image assetsEnsure on-schedule delivery of all assets in accordance with production calendars and daily / weekly deadlinesPerform quality assurance on all imagesResponsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlinesMaintain communication between key stakeholders throughout the color process including retouching team, photo publishers, Post-Production Manager, photographers, buyers and sample teamDemonstrate initiative and contribute ideas to continuously improve the overall color correction processROLE REQUIREMENTS Two or more years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment, ideally within the fashion eCommerce industryProven experience in photo retouching and color manipulation, supported by a strong portfolio with before-and-after examplesStrong knowledge of color theory, with the ability to perform color corrections, adjustments, and creative color grading to enhance product imageryExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop - Detail oriented, organized, and methodical approach to retouchingEnthusiasm for exploring new techniques and improving existing workflows - Knowledge of studio photography and lighting practices, including familiarity with photographic vocabulary and terminologyAbility to engage in detailed, technical discussions about the properties of an image - Passion for teamwork and collaborationWillingness to give and receive constructive feedbackBA degree in Photography or equivalent professional experienceFluency in English; additional language(s) are an assetSchedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | OnsiteBENEFITS
