Photo Coordinator

Photo Coordinator Who We Are: GMA Group dba Capelli New York, Capelli Sport, Sondra Roberts, and Ballet Group, are a major U.S. manufacturer and distributor of apparel, footwear, novelty and gift products, jewelry, fashion accessories, handbags, PPE, and sports/athletic apparel for women, men, and kids. We have locations in the U.S.A., UK, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and Bangladesh. • Strong creative instincts and ability to brainstorm, think outside of the box, and push creative boundaries • Create weekly schedule for photo editor and photographer. • Assist the photo or video team with shoots by setting up sets, lighting equipment, holding product, modeling, styling, etc. • Work with freelancers for image editing and video editing • Assist in keeping the studio and surrounding areas organized • Manage internal servers to keep them organized and up to date with accurate image file naming plus all edited and working image files Requirements: • BA degree or equivalent work experience in Production or Photography preferred but not required • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail • Experience successfully managing competing priorities and solving time- sensitive problems • Works well in a team and has a "can do" attitude • The ideal person must be able to manage requests in a timely manner and be able to work in a team environment.
