DITA Eyewear, an independent eyewear manufacturer based in Aliso Viejo California, is seeking to hire an energetic and highly motivated Phone Support Agent to train our existing customers on using our new Customer Portal. You must be able to use a calendar and make follow up calls at specified times. This is a temporary position for 4 weeks. The company has experienced explosive growth in recent years and is now sold by over 2,000 retail partners worldwide which include some of the world’s most exclusive optical shops, fashion boutiques and department stores. We also currently have ten flagship stores in some of the most desirable shopping destinations and plans to open at least ten more in the near future.
