With a focus on evolving Kohl’s to be world class in Customer engagement and Personalization, the Personalization Planner project manages end to end customer segment engagement plans, inclusive of test design and execution, campaign personalization, and personalization capabilities advancement.This role leverages Analytics discovery and measurement to identify new ideas and to provide test and campaign results to inform go-forward strategies. Partners with peers to coordinate test and campaign discussions across all squads to identify and solve conflicts, overlap and cross segment challenges Collaborate with Customer Lead to define customer adapted campaign strategies and engagement plans Coordinate campaign and test execution Collaborate with Analytics to track customer segment(s) KPI performance to measure results against targets
