Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands to effectively assist clients in creating their desired look.
Assist with sales by building relationships with clients, offering styling advice, and suggesting complementary products.
Maintain a strong understanding of the inventory and offerings at Neiman Marcus, and utilize this knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Create a welcoming and inviting shopping environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Work closely with the Personal Stylist team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Proactively reach out to clients through various forms of communication to offer styling services and promote sales.
Keep accurate records of client preferences, purchases, and contact information.
Handle client complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and maintain their satisfaction.
Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and stay up-to-date with fashion industry trends and developments.
