Collaborate with the Personal Stylist to create and execute personalized styling solutions for clients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and luxury brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the Personal Stylist's calendar.
Monitor inventory and assist with product selection for clients.
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand standards and values.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for clients.
Assist with styling and merchandising the store to create an inviting and visually appealing environment.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing and promoting the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
