Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles, and utilize this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, making them feel comfortable and confident in expressing themselves.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a loyal customer base.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively listen to and understand customers' fashion needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all merchandise, including sizes, styles, and availability.
Keep the store well-stocked and organized, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, such as suggesting add-on items and promoting store events.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
Follow all company and store policies and procedures, including adhering to dress code and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
