The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Stylist, be knowledgeable in current fashion trends, and possess a strong customer service background. In addition, a successful Personal Stylist at Macy's should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable experience. Our Personal Stylists are expected to be creative, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. Provide helpful advice and styling tips to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and merchandise assortment.
Create unique and personalized shopping experiences for customers.
Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide customers with information on product quality, uses, and care.
Monitor sales floor and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged and appropriately displayed.
Assist in creating in-store visual displays.
Receive and process customer payments.
Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain detailed records of customer transactions.
