Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and Urban Outfitters brand aesthetic to curate personalized looks for customers.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect outfit and accessories.
Stay up-to-date on fashion industry trends and attend fashion events to maintain a strong understanding of the latest styles.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to recommend and suggest items to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to showcase new products and trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with store management to strategize and execute marketing initiatives and events.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
Continuously strive to improve personal styling skills and knowledge of the fashion industry.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Urban Outfitters image and values.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and transactions.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
