Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into styling recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs.
Collaborate with store team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Urban Outfitters' brand and product offerings.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Attend store meetings and training sessions to stay informed on new products and company initiatives.
Act as a brand ambassador for Urban Outfitters, representing the company's values and culture to customers.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and inventory management.
